By registering for this redemption offer, you agree to the terms of use of our website and this promotion, which are set out in these terms and conditions and in the links referred to below (together the Terms of Use). The Terms of Use include our disclaimer and indemnity (https://www.totaltools.com.au/terms-conditions) and our privacy policy (https://www.totaltools.com.au/privacy-policy) and any other terms or conditions expressly referred to in relation to the redemption offer. 

We may change the Terms of Use at our discretion and without notice. A version of the current Terms of Use will always be available on this website. By continuing to use our website, you accept the Terms of Use and any changes as they apply from time to time. 

This redemption is run by Total Tools Importing Pty Ltd of 20 Thackray Road, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 (Promoter).
A reference in our online terms and conditions to Total Tools Online will be constructed in these Terms of Use and apply as a reference to the Promoter. 

 The redemption offer period commences on the 1st of May 2023 and closes on the 30th of June 2023. Entries for the promotion for eligible products purchased during the redemption offer period will be accepted online until 11:59pm, 14th of July 2023. 

Redemptions can only be registered and claimed electronically through the dedicated only Redemption page www.ttitools.com.au.

 To be eligible for the redemption, the product purchased cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Maximum 5 claims per person. 

The redemption offer only applies to the products purchased in the redemption offer period and which are purchased from a Total Tools retailer or the Total Tools Online website within Australia. 

A valid redemption submission requires the purchaser to provide personal contact information, including full name, contact phone number, email address, postal and (if different) delivery addresses as well as the details of the Total Tools product purchased, store purchased from, product serial number, and a legible copy of proof of purchase (store product receipt or online tax invoice). If any redemption submission omits any of the information required or fails to provide true and correct information, it will be deemed invalid. 

This redemption offer does not apply to any Total Tools products which are specifically excluded or not listed by the Promoter as eligible during the campaign and does not apply to products purchased outside of the redemption offer period.

  Fill out the online application form;
• Upload your receipt as proof of purchase for verification;
• Submit your form to proceed; 
• Your application will then be verified by the Promoter (allow 5 days); 
• You will be notified via email once your redemption application has been assessed; 
• If your redemption is approved, the redeemable product will be sent directly to your nominated address within 6-8 weeks from when you receive approval (Items will not be sent to GPO/LPO/PO Boxes, a street address must be provided for the redemption item to be sent)

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected redemption submissions. 

The Promoter may require further information regarding the circumstances of the product purchase from you as part of the redemption verification process. Failure to provide further information to the Promoter when requested may result in an invalid entry at the Promoter’s discretion. 

Entries must be submitted online and in the correct form provided as per the Terms of Use and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. 

Redemption items cannot be returned, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify or reject a redemption submission and claimant (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms of Use or tampers with the registration process. Errors and omissions in a claimant’s entry may be rejected or accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. 

Any fraudulent or misrepresented information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim (s) and registration. 

The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the redemption offer, including without limitation, the right to substitute Total Tools vouchers equivalent to the value of the redemption item, at any time without notice. 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of the Terms of Use or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct that is calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, or any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded. 

The Promoter collects personal information of claimants in order to conduct the redemption promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry requires this information provided to be valid. The Promoter may use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. This includes but is not limited to, sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The claimant may opt out of receiving these messages at any time. All entry information becomes the property of the Promoter.
